In a cottage kitchen, owners Craig Schumacher and Philip Kirk avoided an extensive kitchen remodel by installing inexpensive black and white tile on counters and backsplashes. An ironstone collection overflows from shelves to walls. Vintage jurors' chairs (stained ebony) came from assorted flea markets and antiques shops.
